As the calendar year comes to a close football gets colder and more competitive. Unless of course, you’re the LA Chargers in which case it just gets more competitive. Hot vs Hot, as the Chiefs are on a 6 game win streak and the Chargers have scored 37+ points in 3 of their last 4, while still fighting for the divisional lead. This should be a great game and after this past week I can’t wait to relax and watch a battle.
Travis Kelce TD +105
Travis is due, he’s got the second most receiving touchdowns on the team, and you never know when he might strike. Pat’s completion percentage is really high right now and his average yards per throw last week was the highest it’s been since Week 2. I think they’ll be looking to make explosive plays while the Chargers narrow in on Hill, expect Kelce to catch a couple big plays and get into the end zone at some point.
Herbert O284.5 Pass Yards -110
Last week in a 37-21 big win over the Giants he threw for 275 which is right under our mark, the 3 games prior he threw for 300 plus in each of those. The Chargers are turning it on to try and reclaim the early divisional lead they once had. It is very clear that they throw the ball well and rely on Herbert to make the big plays. With so many weapons and a big game on our hands, Herbert will either fold under the pressure or blossom into a star, I think this guys got the swagger that makes him a Top QB in the league.
Darrell Williams O16.5 Receiving -122
In both games with CEH back in the mix he has had big breakout plays that get him plenty of receiving yards putting up 31 and 60 in his last 2. He gets a couple looks every week and usually makes something out of one of them. While there is no doubt he produces at a high level when he is the only back, there is some doubt which makes this number low at 16.5 but all it takes is one breakout and I think he’ll have himself a day.
