Happy Veteran’s Day to start this one. If you are looking at this game from a Miami Dolphins fan perspective, I don’t think you’re going to like my picks tonight and I’m sorry. Last week we went 3 for 4, probably would’ve swept the floor if Mike White didn’t take an unfortunate injury. The Ravens are 6-2 looking to take a larger division lead with their rivals walking close behind and the Dolphins are the Dolphins so I’m definitely leaning a certain way. Good luck tonight, as always, let’s make some coin.
Lamar Jackson O235.5 Pass Yards -110
Lamar has hit this 235.5 in six of nine games this year. He’s playing the Dolphins who have been awful all year. Not that it matters that much but the last time he played Miami he threw for 325 and 5 TD’s, he’s from Florida, I think he likes playing down there. It’s in primetime nonetheless, I think the only way he doesn’t hit the over is if he ends up rushing for 75+ yards. However, Miami is in the bottom half of the league in pass rush, so I don’t think he’ll have to leave the pocket much. Classic Lamar isn’t a running back game that’s going to put him in the MVP conversation.
Hollywood Brown O61.5 Receiving Yards -110
When Lamar throws the ball, Hollywood is going to hit his over as well. Same rules apply from above, the man is from Miami, last time they took a stroll down there he had 147 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also just has the big play potential, while he is averaging just under 6 catches and 8.6 targets a game. It only takes one for him to get loose.
Jaylen Waddle O5.5 Receptions -120
Jacoby’s favorite target last week, giving him 10 targets for 8 catches. He has gotten 6 plus catches in 5 of the 9 games. He is Tua’s favorite target every week though, getting those 6 catches in 3 of his 4 complete games and averaging more than 9 targets in those games. If Tua comes back tonight it is more likely he hits this 5.5 but I still like the pick with Brissett playing.
Baltimore Defense/ST Anytime TD +490
I refuse to go perfect unless I get this right. The dolphins are yet to not throw an interception in a game this season. Marlon Humphrey and their gang of safeties that love to make or break big plays are coming for whoever might be playing quarterback tonight. They have a fumble recovery for a touchdown this year, I think they add a Pick Six to the stat sheet tonight.
