BOS -1.5 over BAL, LAD -1.5 over COL (+226)
The Red Sox open up the season at Fenway today against arguably the worst team in the AL along with the Texas Rangers, the Orioles.
Lefty Baltimore starter John Means has notoriously struggled against right handed hitting, so that doesn’t bode well for him today pitching in a park like Fenway. The Red Sox offense obviously isn’t what we’re used to in years past, but is still a much better overall lineup than the Orioles.
They also have the far superior pitching matchup with Nathan Eovaldi, who comes in today with a 6-1 record in 12 career starts against Baltimore. It burned me yesterday with the Yankees, but I’m betting on Boston to roll today in their home opener and win by several runs.
The powerhouse Dodgers were shockingly taken down Opening Day by the lowly Colorado Rockies, so I expect a bounce back tonight in a big way with Trevor Bauer making his debut.
It’s tough to see this Dodgers team starting out 0-2 with the lineup they have and Bauer on the bump. Once Boston hits this afternoon, we’ll have a stress free win tonight with the Dodgers to complete the parlay and cash out.
As a reminder, I always put 1 unit on the parlay and 2 units on each bet individually. Follow along here.
